Yoga
is a science of living of universal applicability
that has been practiced for at least 6,000 years.
Yoga means union of the individual soul with the
universal soul. There are 9 main forms of Yoga.
They address the physical, mental/emotional and
spiritual needs of a person, which are the three
inseparable components of the human being. In
America, Hatha Yoga has acquired great popularity
as a way to exercise the physical body and achieve
radiant health and vitality through its postures (asanas).
