On a quest to find God, once you taste the peace that passes all understanding, then and only then will it stick like glue and never leave you. Even a small taste can make a huge impact, like taking a bite of an ice cream cone then having a monkey steal it away. You got a taste and won't forget, even if you put the memory aside to rest. You'll remember the taste of that ice cream so sweet, and the funny little monkey with a much faster beat. God's mystery works the same. It's not a game, per se, but a test to want Him above all the rest. Moving forward seems scary for those who are weary, yet going back is more so, and even if you do and succeed in time indeed you'll see He won't let you go, and that we must take the steps to recall what inside we already know.
